Peru · Piura Blanco — 100% pure ceremonial cacao from MOOJO, RAW: unroasted.

The high valley of Piura, 200–900 m, on the edge of the Sechura Desert. A desert microclimate, well-drained mineral soils, and significant day-night temperature variations that concentrate sugars and acids. White beans from the Nacional group, Norandino cooperative.

Fermentation for 3–5 days in crates, sun-drying for 5–8 days. Fruity and floral profile.
