Verzendbeleid

The website www.moojo-cacao.be commits to deliver within 3 to 5 working days by parcel post (delivery days are Monday to Friday).

You will receive an e-mail with an acknowledgement of receipt. When the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from bpost with the tracking number.

Delivery is free from 89€ in Belgium, Holland, France, Germany and Luxembourg (bordering countries). For international orders, delivery is charged according to the weight of your parcel.

If any of the items are out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours to offer you alternatives such as :

- agreement on a new delivery date

- reimbursement

- exchange
