The west coast of São Tomé, 100–700 m, on the former roças. Deep volcanic soils (andosols, nitisols) on basalt rock, humid equatorial climate. Pure Amelonado, not hybridized, cultivated by Satocao.
Fermented for 5–7 days in crates, sun-dried on traditional covered drying racks. Fruity profile, delicate and subtle texture.
RAW — the cacao is not roasted. No sugar, no additives.
