Located in the fertile heart of the Davao regionon the island of Mindanao in the Philippines, the Mana d'Auro Chocolate gives new life to fine Filipino cocoa thanks to rigorous, committed know-how.

This cocoa Forastero & Trinitario expressive and elegant, reveals a bouquet of violet flowers and cherrya sweetness of ripe banana and caramelized applefollowed by a subtle finish of marzipan and roasted nutswith a hint of bergamot.

We select these beans with the greatest care to offer you a unprocessed Grand Crupreserving all the richness and uniqueness of its terroir.

Lightly roasted at low temperaturesthey retain their full spectrum of flavours before being crushed on a stone grinder and shaped into 60 g bars and 240 g ritual moldsperfect for tasting and ceremonies.

For a freer experience, they are also transformed into 100% cocoa nibsavailable in bulk, ready to be savoured in all their splendour.
