Shipping policy

The website www.moojo-cacao.be commits to deliver within 3 to 5 working days by parcel post (delivery days are Monday to Friday).

You will receive an email confirming receipt. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email from bpost with the tracking number.

Shipping is free on orders of €89 or more in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Luxembourg (neighboring countries). For international orders, shipping is charged and calculated based on the weight of your package.

If any of the items are out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to offer alternatives such as:

• agreement on a new delivery date
• refund
• exchange
