It boils down to a simple equation:
– 50% whole hazelnuts
Segorbe & Ronde du Piémont varieties
Mild, buttery, with a lovely natural aftertaste
– 50% signature dark chocolate
Intense and full-bodied, with deep, woody notes
No added flavorings
Sugar is already present, naturally occurring in chocolate, for a total of approximately 20% which is well below that of traditional sugared almonds.
This is not a sugared almond.
It is a hazelnut, in the truest sense of the word.
