A STORY OF FAMILY AND KNOW-HOW

In San José de Sisa, we met Miguel, a passionate grower who, with his parents, has been producing cocoa for over 15 years. He grows ICS-95, a variety prized for its aromatic qualities but demanding to maintain. His agroforestry farm is inspired by the natural balance of the forest, where each species feeds the other, creating a sustainable environment rich in biodiversity.
