Gourmet Recipes

  • ROSE ELIXIR
  • cacao RITUAL #1

ROSE ELIXIR

The rose and cacao make a beautiful combination, both sweet and rounded, flavors that will open your heart.

  • 20g ceremonial cacao (listen to your body).
  • 1 cup (about 300 ml) rose infusion. Prepared in advance by infusing petals for 10 minutes in hot water)
  • Sweetened according to your taste (raw honey, coconut sugar, cane sugar, dates or yacon.
    (Great for T1&T2 diabetics)
  • A pinch of salt
  • add rose petals on top

Preparation: 

  • Let the cacao melt in the rose infusion while stirring (do not heat the cacao above 65 degrees so that it preserves all the nutrients)
  • Add the other ingredients
  • Tips: Use a frother or whisk to make it extra smooth.

RITUAL CACAO

Ritual cacao recipe

  • 30g of Catongo ceremonial cacao from Brazil (listen to your body).
  • 1 cup (about 200 to 300 ml) of hot water or plant milk
  • Sweetened according to your taste (raw honey, coconut sugar, lucuma, cane sugar, dates or yacon (Great for T1&T2 diabetics)
  • A pinch of our Joyfull Fire Mix (Vanilla & Aleppo pepper)
  • Sublimated with flower petals

Preparation: 

  • Let the cacao melt in the rose infusion while stirring (do not heat the cacao above 65 degrees so that it preserves all the nutrients)
  • Add the other ingredients
  • Tips: Use a frother or whisk to make it extra smooth.
