Each paste comes from a unique terroir - Alto Miro, Piura, São Tomé, Arriba Nacional... - and expresses an authentic profile, vegetal, subtle and deeply alive.
Raw cocoa reveals a different sensory dimension: fresher, fruitier, sometimes floral, sometimes herbaceous.
It invites an intimate, down-to-earth ritual, closer to the seed, while preserving the aromatic signature of each origin.
