Peru is a land that has profoundly transformed us.
In 2012, during a trip to the heart of the Ucayali region to meet the Shipibo-Conibo community of Nueva Betania, we discovered an ancestral link between cocoa, plants and presence rituals.
From this immersion was born our path: to honor living terroirs, to work with exceptional native beans and to pass on, through each cocoa, a part of this received wisdom.
